Project 218 is a single, flexible vehicle dedicated to building House and Senate majorities. It functions as a single, flexible investment vehicle for the entire battleground that will change its investments as conditions change between now and the November elections. Project 218 grants funds to other organizations who have capabilities in each of these areas.
